Getting started in your workspace

Launch checklist

Updated August 17, 2026

Work in this order and nothing blocks anything else. Each step names the exact page to open.

1. Set your account up. Settings, then Account details. Fill in your name and set your time zone, because scheduled emails and automations run on it. See Your account settings.

2. Create your first product. Products, then Create Product. Pick the type that matches what you are selling: course, ebook, download, coaching, community, newsletter, podcast or lead magnet. Build the content before you worry about price.

3. Price it with an offer. Products, then Offers, then New offer. An offer is one price that unlocks a bundle of your products and communities, and it carries the checkout link you actually share. One purchase grants everything inside it. Offers can be one time or recurring.

4. Connect a payment provider. Sales, then Payments. Connect Stripe, or paste your PayPal REST app credentials, or both. Buyers pay you directly. Nothing can be sold until this is done.

5. Build the page that sells it. Website, then Landing Pages for a single sales page, or Website Pages for your site. Set up Header & Footer and pick a Theme while you are there. Publish when it is ready.

6. Point a domain at it. Settings, then Domain. Your pages can then be served from your own address instead of the default one. Allow time for DNS. Full walkthrough in Connecting your domain.

7. Start collecting contacts. Contacts, then All Contacts. Add a form to your published page so visitors land in your list. You can also import a list you already have.

8. Set up sending before you email anyone. Settings, then Marketing settings for your postal address and logo, then the Domain page for your sender identity. Deliverability depends on this. See Email sending settings.

9. Send your first campaign. Marketing, then Email Campaigns.

10. Watch the first sale land. It appears in Sales, then Orders, in your Recent activity panel, and in the notifications bell if you have that email switched on.

Then check the numbers. Analytics, then Overview, and your dashboard cards. See The dashboard explained.
