Getting started in your workspace

The dashboard explained

Updated August 17, 2026

The greeting header changes through the day. Early morning, morning, afternoon, evening and night each have their own message and their own sky image. It uses the time zone saved in your account settings, so if the greeting feels wrong, that is the setting to fix.

Under the greeting is today's date and either a count of new contacts this month or a neutral line when there are none yet.

Four KPI cards sit across the top. Each one is clickable and takes you to the page behind the number.

  • Revenue. Your sales over the last 30 days, in your primary currency. Opens Sales Analytics.
  • New customers. Customers over the last 30 days. Opens Orders.
  • Contacts. Your all time contact count. The line underneath shows how many arrived this month. Opens All Contacts.
  • Site visits. Page views over the last 30 days. Opens Site Analytics.

These read from the same sources as the Analytics pages, so the numbers always agree.

Recent activity lists your last six events. New leads, sales, sent campaigns and system notices, each with a coloured icon, a title, a short line of detail and how long ago it happened. Click any row to jump to the thing it is about. Before anything has happened you get an illustration and a note that new leads, sales and campaigns will appear here.

Quick actions sits beside it, with five one click jumps: New product, Build a page, Send a campaign, Add a contact and View orders. These are not the same four as the Quick actions button in the top bar, so check both.

Two more panels sit at the bottom.

Top products lists your four best sellers with their product image, order count and revenue, plus a link through to Sales. Until you have sales it shows an empty state instead.

Recent contacts lists your five newest contacts with their initial, name, email and how long ago they arrived. Each row opens that contact's profile, and the All link opens the full list.

The setup checklist only appears while it has something to say. See Your first login for what the four steps are.
