Your account settings

Settings is a grid of cards in three groups: Account settings, Site Settings and Payment settings. Reach it from the sidebar footer or from the avatar menu. Every settings page has an All settings link back to this grid.

Account details is where your profile lives.

• Details. First name, Last name, Phone number, Time zone and Avatar. Your first and last name together become the display name shown in the top bar and in your dashboard greeting.
• Email is read only. It is your sign in address. Contact support if you need it changed.
• Time zone is a searchable dropdown showing each zone with its GMT offset. It is used for scheduling marketing emails and automations, and it also drives the time of day greeting on your dashboard.
• Avatar. Choose an image from your media library or upload a new one. Around 100 by 100 works well. There is a Remove avatar button once one is set. With no avatar you get your initial in a coloured circle.
• Contact information. Address, Apt or Suite, City, State or Province, Zip or Postal code, and Country. This is your account address, kept on file.

Nothing saves until you press Save at the top.

Sign in and security is a separate card.

• Password. It shows when you last changed it, or that you have not yet. Change password opens a dialog asking for your current password, then the new one twice. Minimum eight characters.
• Active sessions. Every browser you are signed in on, showing browser and operating system, IP address and last active time, with your current one badged as This device. Log out other sessions ends all of them, and asks for your password first.

Notifications and privacy controls which activity emails reach you, at your account email address. Toggles are grouped:

• Account and security. Password resets and sign in mail always send and cannot be switched off. You can toggle alerts for a webhook endpoint being disabled and for a new app being connected.
• Sales and leads. New sale, new lead.
• Subscriptions and payments. Cancelled, paused, resumed, failed payment, payment needs authorization.
• Community. New comment, off by default.
• Weekly summary. One Monday email covering sales, leads, subscribers and page views.

Press Save changes when done. These toggles only affect email. The bell in your top bar keeps showing everything, see Quick search and shortcuts.
