Finding your way around

Navigation is grouped, not flat. Click a group to expand it. Here is everything, in the order it appears.

Dashboard sits on its own at the top and takes you home.

Contacts holds All Contacts, Client Dashboard, Communities and Page access tiers.

Marketing holds Email Campaigns, Automations and Funnels.

Sales holds Orders, Coupons, Payments, Checkout, Subscribers and Invoices.

Products holds All Products, Create Product and Offers.

Website holds Themes, Website Pages, Landing Pages, Blog, Header & Footer, A/B Test and Navigation.

Analytics holds Overview, Lead Analytics, Community Analytics, Site Analytics, Sales Analytics, Email Analytics and Reports.

Media Library sits on its own, as does Billing when your workspace runs plans. See Your plan and usage.

More holds Tags and Lists. Settings sits at the very bottom, below the rest.

Some items may be missing, and that is normal. If your plan does not include a feature, its nav item is hidden rather than shown greyed out. Communities, Automations, Funnels, Coupons, Invoices, A/B Test and Checkout can all be hidden this way.

The top bar carries four tools.

• Search. A wide box reading "Search products, leads, media" with a keyboard hint. Covered in Quick search and shortcuts.
• Quick actions. A coloured button that drops down four shortcuts: Upload media, New landing page, New contact and Write an email.
• Notifications. A bell with a dot when you have unread items.
• Your avatar. Click it for a two column menu. The left side has an Upload media card and a Your website card listing your homepage plus your three most recent pages, each linking straight into the editor. The right side greets you by first name and holds Settings, Analytics, Contact support, Give feedback and Log out.

Your layout may not be a sidebar. Whoever set up your workspace chooses the navigation style, so the same groups may appear as a top bar or a floating pill instead. The group names and the pages inside them never change.
