The member area
Your customers get their own logged-in area. It lives on your published site at /members/home, carries your branding, and shows each person only what they are entitled to.
You configure it under Contacts → Client Dashboard. That screen has three panels plus a Preview button that opens the member area exactly as a member sees it.
- Branding sets an optional headline, a logo, the primary and accent colours, and the font. These become the styling for every member page.
- Locked content decides what happens to products a member does not own. Show with a lock teases them, Hide them completely removes them from view.
- Welcome block adds a heading, a short message and an optional welcome video at the top of the member home. YouTube, Vimeo and Loom links all work.
What a member sees on the home page. A greeting that changes with the time of day, your welcome block, then their content grouped into sections:
- Continue learning for courses in progress, each with a lessons-completed count and a percentage.
- Your communities for every community they belong to.
- Your library for ebooks, downloads, podcasts and the rest.
- Start learning for courses they own but have not opened.
- Completed for courses they have finished.
- More to explore for locked items, when you chose to show them. If a locked product is buyable, a Buy button with its price appears there.
Progress is tracked per lesson. Members mark lessons complete inside the course player, and that rollup drives the percentages, the Completed section and certificate eligibility.
Members have their own account page. At /members/account they can change their name and phone, upload a photo, and change their password. The email address is read only. Depending on what you sell they may also reach their invoices and their subscriptions from the same area.
