Memberships and communities
Clients can run a full membership business on their domain.
The member area. Customers create member accounts on the client's domain, verified by email, and sign in to a branded home showing their products, progress and community. Members can manage their own billing, including invoices and self-cancel for subscriptions.
Access levels. Membership levels gate content into tiers. Pages can require a level, and products can grant one, so "join Pro, unlock the Pro library" is a five-minute setup.
Gated pages. Any page can be limited to members generally or to specific levels. Visitors hitting a gated page get a clean login or join prompt instead of the content.
Community spaces. Spaces are branded community feeds attached to the client's products or membership: posts, comments, pinned announcements. Members participate from the member area; the client moderates from their workspace. Community analytics show who participates and how much.
Password resets and support. Members reset their own passwords by email, and everything they touch carries the client's brand, so support requests go to your client, not to you and not to us.
