Email marketing

Updated August 17, 2026

Clients run their email marketing under Marketing, from the same workspace as everything else.

Broadcasts. One-off campaigns to their audience: all contacts, tagged groups or search results. Campaigns can send now or on a schedule.

The email builder. A drag and drop builder with text, image, button, quote, divider, product card, countdown and layout blocks, plus a simple-text mode for plain emails. Ready templates cover newsletters, launches, receipts and more, and clients can save their own sections and templates for reuse. The builder pulls the client's brand automatically.

Automations and sequences. Multi-step sequences deliver a series over days, and automations react to events, for example a new contact from a form receiving a welcome series. Steps to suppressed or capped audiences are skipped safely rather than queued forever.

Double opt-in. Optional per client: new signups confirm by email before they count as subscribed, which keeps lists clean and deliverability strong.

Sending identity and deliverability. Emails send from the client's own sending identity, and sending domains can be authenticated for the best inbox placement. See Email sending and deliverability for the setup that makes the difference.

Volume limits. If your plan for the client caps monthly email volume, the meter on their billing page shows where they stand.
