Courses and products

Updated August 17, 2026

Products are the heart of a client workspace, under Products in their navigation.

Product types. A client can create courses, ebooks, downloads, coaching offers and community products. Each type gets the right editor: courses get an outline, ebooks get a reader, downloads deliver files, coaching gets sessions, communities attach spaces.

Building a course. The course editor is an outline of modules and lessons. Lessons hold video, audio, text and files from the media library. Publish lessons as they are ready; drafts stay hidden from members. Completion certificates can be issued for finished courses, with several certificate designs to choose from.

Pricing. Each product carries its pricing: one-time or subscription, in the client's currency. Coupons, offers and checkout settings live under Sales. A product can also be free, which pairs naturally with lead magnets.

Who gets access. Buying grants access automatically. Clients can also grant access by hand, useful for beta students or refund-and-keep goodwill. Access can be tied to membership levels for tiered member areas; see Memberships and communities.

Where members consume it. Customers sign in to the client's member area on the client's domain and see a clean player with their progress. The member area carries the client's branding end to end.
