Sales analytics

Sales analytics reads your order ledger and your live subscriptions.

Where to find it. Open Analytics, then Sales Analytics. The same 7, 30, 90 and Custom range control applies, see Reading your dashboard numbers.

The tiles

• Revenue, money collected across the window.
• Orders, with new customers underneath.
• Avg. order value, per paid order.
• MRR, with your active subscription count underneath.
• Active subscriptions, your recurring revenue base.
• New customers, first-time buyers.
• Conversion, orders per visitor.
• Refunds, the count, with the refunded amount underneath.

What each one counts

Revenue is the money that actually moved, taken from paid orders and from ended subscriptions whose payments were kept. Refunds are excluded from revenue and reported separately, so a refund never quietly deflates a past day.

Because you can sell in several currencies, the headline figures use your primary currency, which is whichever currency you collected the most in during the window. Everything else appears in the Other currencies panel, with a Primary chip marking the leader.

Avg. order value is revenue divided by paid orders, in the primary currency only.

New customers counts contacts whose very first paid order fell inside the window, so repeat buyers are not counted twice.

Conversion is orders divided by unique visitors over the same window. Treat it as a rough storefront ratio rather than a per-page funnel number, since it mixes traffic to your whole site with orders from anywhere.

MRR normalises every active, trialing and past-due subscription to a monthly figure, dividing yearly plans by 12.

The panels

Revenue charts money per day. Hovering a bar shows the date, the amount and how many orders made it up.

Top products ranks up to six products by revenue in the window, with their order counts.

Other currencies lists what you collected in each currency, with order counts.

If there are no sales in the window yet, the page says so rather than showing a wall of zeroes.
