Running one

Open a report and you get its description, a From and To date pair with an Apply button, and the table. The default range is the last 30 days, and any range is capped at 366 days. If you pick dates with no activity you get a No data for this range message rather than an empty grid.

Two reports behave slightly differently. MRR by offer is a snapshot of what is live right now, so the date range does not bound it. Churn rate, ARPU and Payment retention group by calendar month rather than by day.

Money columns are written as an amount followed by the currency code, and rows are split per currency so multi-currency sellers never see two currencies added together.

Exporting

Download CSV gives you the same rows as a file. The file opens with the report name, its description and the date range, then a blank line, then the headers and data, so it still makes sense when you open it months later. It is written as UTF-8 with a byte order mark so accented names and currency symbols come through correctly in Excel. The filename includes the report name and both dates.
