The media library

Every image, video, audio file and document a client uses lives in their Media Library.

Uploading. Drag files in or pick from disk. Files are stored on fast cloud storage and served securely to pages, emails, lessons and downloads.

Organisation. Search, filters, tags and lists keep large libraries navigable. The same tags and lists system used for contacts works here, so "Launch March" can group files the way it groups people.

Where files get used. The page editor, the email builder, course lessons, ebook files, download products and branding all pick from the library. Deleting a file that is still referenced somewhere clears those references safely rather than leaving broken embeds.

Storage limits. If the plan you sell a client includes a storage cap, the meter on their billing page shows usage against it.
