Helping a client hands-on
The biggest practical advantage of owning the platform: when a student is stuck, you do not need a screen-share where you dictate clicks. You can see their workspace and fix things.
The client profile. Open any client from your Clients page. You will see their activity, their plan and usage, their billing history with you and their key numbers. This alone answers most "how are they actually doing" questions: who launched, who is selling, who has gone quiet.
Working in their workspace. From the profile you can enter the client's workspace and operate it as they would: repair a landing page, finish a checkout setup, upload a product file, fix an automation. Changes you make are real changes, so treat it like editing a colleague's work, and tell the client what you changed.
Good etiquette that keeps trust high
- Ask before you change things, even though you can.
- Fix the thing, then send a one-line summary of what you did.
- For teaching moments, make the fix on a call while they watch.
When to send them to support instead. Anything about the platform itself misbehaving, rather than their content, belongs with us: use the support option in your owner dashboard and we will take it. See Contacting support.
