Contacts and CRM

Updated August 17, 2026

Contacts is the client's CRM. Every person who fills a form, buys a product or joins the member area becomes a contact automatically.

Profiles. A contact's profile shows their activity timeline, the emails they received and opened, their orders and lifetime value, their tags and their membership status. It is the one page to open before replying to any customer.

Tags and lists. Tags are freeform labels; lists are curated groups. Both can drive email audiences. Segments go further: saved filters like "bought product X and opened the last campaign" that update themselves.

Capture. Forms built in the page editor feed Contacts directly, with optional double opt-in. The member signup and every checkout create or update contacts too, so nothing needs manual entry.

CSV import. Existing lists come in via CSV with field mapping, tagging on import and duplicate handling by email address.

Insights. The Insights view shows list growth and engagement so a client can see whether their audience is actually compounding.

If a plan you sell caps contacts, the cap counts unique contacts in the workspace and the client sees their usage on the billing page.
