Connect your domain
Your platform should live on your domain, not ours. Two kinds of domains matter:
Your app domain is where you and your clients sign in, for example app.yourbrand.com. This is configured with our team during onboarding: you add a DNS record at your registrar, we verify it and issue the SSL certificate.
Client page domains are the domains your clients connect for their public websites, landing pages and member areas, for example www.clientbrand.com. Clients add these themselves in their workspace under Settings, then follow the DNS instructions shown there. The platform verifies the record and provisions SSL automatically once DNS propagates.
What to tell a client connecting a domain
- Add the DNS record exactly as shown in their domain settings screen. Copying with a trailing space or adding the record at the wrong host is the most common mistake.
- DNS changes take anywhere from minutes to a day to propagate, depending on their DNS provider and the old record's TTL.
- Keep the page open or come back later: the status updates when verification succeeds.
