Branding your platform

Updated August 17, 2026

Everything your clients see carries your brand. Branding lives in your owner dashboard under Settings.

Logo and name. Upload your logo and set the platform name. Both appear in the client navigation, on the login screen and in system emails. You can size the logo and the name text independently until the lockup looks right.

Brand colour. One primary colour drives buttons, active navigation states, charts and accents across the whole client workspace. Pick something with enough contrast against white; very light colours make buttons hard to read.

Fonts. Choose a body font and, if you want, a separate heading font. The client area loads them automatically.

Navigation style. The client workspace ships in four layouts: a left sidebar, a classic top bar, a floating header and a split header with a breadcrumb row. Pick whichever fits your brand; you can change it any time and clients see the new layout on their next page load.

Favicon. Upload a favicon so browser tabs show your mark, not a generic one.

Login page. The client login page uses your logo, name and colours automatically. Check it after any branding change, since it is the first thing every client sees.

Branding applies platform-wide to your clients. Your clients, in turn, brand their own public pages and member areas separately inside their workspaces, so their customers see the client's brand, not yours.
